At A.T. Performance, we believe strength training should be accessible, personalized, and empowering for all. Our mission is to take the intimidation out of training and meet each athlete exactly where they are, helping them build confidence, capability, and long-term results.
We train individuals starting at age 7 and up, creating a foundation for a lifelong, healthy relationship with exercise. Whether you’re a young athlete learning the basics, an adult stepping into the gym for the first time, or a competitive athlete chasing the next level — our programs are designed to meet you there.
A.T. Performance combines top-tier coaching, science-backed programming, and a supportive culture of accountability to help every person reach their full potential — in and out of the gym..
ALICE TRICKEY- OWNER & OPERATOR
As a parent, veteran, fitness professional, and proud Anderson Township resident, Alice Trickey is deeply committed to making her community stronger — both on and off the turf.
Alice has been immersed in the fitness industry since 2016 and brings a passion for helping people feel empowered, accomplished, and confident, no matter their starting point. Her coaching philosophy centers on meeting clients where they are and creating a positive, encouraging environment where progress of every kind is celebrated.
Growing up playing sports, Alice discovered the power of teamwork early on — a value that carried through her time in the military, where she found another sense of purpose and camaraderie. After leaving the service, she realized that an office setting wasn’t where she thrived, and turned instead to fitness — a place where she could help others gain confidence, challenge themselves, and improve their quality of life.
Alice holds certifications as a NASM Certified Health Coach, USAW Level 1 Coach, and Comprehensive Pilates Instructor. Her greatest reward as a coach comes from hearing how clients’ lives have improved beyond the gym — whether that’s having more energy on vacation, feeling strong doing yard work, or simply moving through their day with more confidence and ease.
At the heart of her mission is a simple belief: exercise should make life better — every single day.
