GREG PARKS
Gregory Parks is a Strength and Conditioning Coach dedicated to developing strong, resilient, and high-performing athletes and adults. A lifelong athlete himself, Gregory began training at a young age to compete at a high level, which sparked his long-term passion for strength development and performance training—a passion that became his professional focus during his college years.
Gregory earned his Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science from Northern Kentucky University and holds industry-respected credentials, including NSCA Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) and USAW Level 1 Olympic Weightlifting Coach.
His coaching philosophy centers on proper education, high-quality movement, and evidence-based resistance training. Gregory takes pride in teaching athletes and adults how to train safely and effectively, helping them build confidence, improve performance, and enhance overall functional fitness. Clients know they are working with a coach who prioritizes their long-term well-being just as much as their immediate results.
When not in our facility, Gregory serves as a Strength and Conditioning Coach at a Cincinnati-area high school, where he develops and implements training programs for student-athletes across multiple sports.
